Up-to-date vaccination records for all dogs & cats.
Required vaccines for dogs: Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper (combo).
Required vaccines for cats: Rabies and FVRCP.

Puppies must be at least 18 weeks (4 months) of age, and have completed all boosters in their vaccination schedule.

All elderly/geriatric lodgers are required to present a current health certification from their veterinarian. For new geriatric guests, a trial stay is necessary before confirming a reservation to ensure their comfort and acclimatization to our facility.

Mandatory Health Measure: All dogs are required to be on a regular flea, tick, and heartworm prevention regimen, while cats must be on a flea and tick prevention. Ensuring the well-being of all our guests is our top priority.

Please ensure your dog is in good health before their stay. Medical issues should be treated and controlled beforehand. If your dog takes medication, please discuss details with our staff when making a reservation.
If your dog is new to boarding, please schedule a trial stay for your pet at our Resort. This allows both you and your pet to familiarize yourselves with our facility while you're still in the area, offering peace of mind to owners before departing. Aids in familiarizing your pet with the environment, reinforcing the understanding that their caregivers will return, fostering a positive association with our facility, and mitigating any potential boarding anxieties.
